My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms were spacious with a nice ocean view, but they needed a good clean when I arrived. They were warm and cozy, though the windows and window screens could use some attention. The service was lacking as they refused to provide an extra pillow for my children and spoke very little English. The location was fantastic with a beautiful sandy beach and stunning sunrise views, yet having someone who could speak more English to assist foreigners would have been helpful. The dining experience was a bit of a letdown; although the food was delicious, it was on the pricey side. Despite some shortcomings, the facilities were decent and the overall value was alright.
